Getting Call Records in the Number Manager

Overview

You want to acquire the call records of your IVR system in the Number Manager portal.

Prerequisites

Solution

  1. Log into the Number manager.
  2. Click on Reporting.
  3. Go to Statistics > Summary
  4. Enter a Date Range.
  5. Select a Platform and an Account.
  6. Enter a Service/Number.
  7. Click on Download CDR.

Testing

A CSV file will be downloaded that can be reviewed using any text editor or Microsoft Excel.
