Adding or Removing Email to Scheduled Report

Overview

To send a scheduled report to more/less people, the scheduled task can be edited to modify the recipient email addresses. This article describes the process to accomplish this in the iCallSuite application.

Prerequisites

<supportagent>Note: CallStream agents do not have agent credentials for this application. For agents to access it and perform all requested changes and investigative works, the customer must share their credentials. </supportagent>

Solution

  1. Log in to the iCallSuite application.
  2. Navigate to Configuration > Tasks and Actions > Scheduled Tasks.
  3. Click the Edit option for the correct task.
  4. Include or remove required numbers in the Email cc field.
  5. Click on Save.

Testing

Once the changes have been saved, the email addresses entered in the Email cc field will receive the scheduled report at the specified time.
