Inbound Calls Not Coming Through

This article provides information about an issue with the Cisco Webex application where users cannot receive calls even when they are available.

Information

The Cisco Webex application allows users to make and receive calls voice and video calls, use instant messaging, and more. Users may encounter issues receiving calls in the Cisco Webex application, even when the user's presence is "Available". This issue might be caused by a stale session and will be fixed by logging out and then logging back in

If the issue persists, reach out to CallStream support describing the issue you are experiencing in as much detail as possible. In your request, you should mention you have already tried clearing the current session.
