Calls Bouncing When Using Cisco Webex Mobile App

Overview

If you are using the Cisco Webex mobile app and are not able to receive incoming calls because they are bounced or missed, it is possible the Do Not Disturb service is active. When this is the case, all calls are blocked and sent to voicemail. This article provides the steps to deactivate the Do Not Disturb service in your Cisco Webex app to stop blocking calls. 

Solution

  1. Log in to the Cisco Webex mobile app.
  2. Swipe from left to right on the main screen to access the Side Navigation bar.
  3. Tap on Call Settings and then on Do Not Disturb.
  4. Disable the Do Not Disturb service.

Testing

 Once the Do Not Disturb feature has been disabled, calls will no longer be blocked or sent to voicemail and you will be able to answer all incoming calls from the Cisco Webex mobile application.
